If you are: a student, faculty member, staff member, an accredited academic institution (high school, technical/vocational school, college or university), home school. Public or private schools, Library, Training Centers, Hospitals & Labs owned and operated by schools, or Museums are eligible. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused. The customer is responsible for return freight.
